1. Booking & Payment

A signed agreement and required payment must be completed in order to secure any booking date.

A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure the session date and time. Remaining balances must be paid in full before final edited images are delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to complete payment may result in delayed delivery or cancellation of services.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure the service date.

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment with a minimum of 72 hours’ written notice to remain eligible for a refund of any amounts paid beyond the deposit.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of the deposit, and any additional payments may be retained at the Photographer’s sole discretion.

The Photographer reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to issue partial refunds, apply credits, or waive fees in exceptional circumstances.

3. Session Coverage & Cooperation

The Photographer will provide photography services as agreed upon at the time of booking. The Client agrees to cooperate during the session and acknowledges that image quality and variety may be affected by lateness, weather conditions, venue restrictions, lighting conditions, participation, or other circumstances beyond the Photographer’s control.

The Photographer is not responsible for missed images due to lack of cooperation, late arrivals, or interference from guests or attendees.

4. Editing & Artistic Style

The Client acknowledges that they are familiar with the Photographer’s portfolio and artistic editing style. All images are edited at the Photographer’s artistic discretion.

RAW/unedited image files will not be provided under any circumstances.

Final delivered images are considered complete and final. Re-edits or additional editing requests are not guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees at the Photographer’s discretion.

5. Image Delivery

Clients will receive their own private gallery link through PhotoCircle once full payment has been received.

A small selection of sample or preview images may be provided upon request; however, preview images will contain watermarks. Full galleries and albums delivered after payment has been completed in full will not contain watermarks.

Estimated delivery timelines are generally within 4–5 days after full payment is received, though many galleries may be delivered sooner depending on workload and session size.

6. Image Usage & Copyright

All photographs remain the intellectual property and copyrighted work of Jessye’s Eye Photography.

Clients receive a personal-use license for downloaded images. Clients may share images on social media, print them for personal use, and store copies for personal purposes.

Clients may not sell images, edit or heavily alter images, apply filters over edited photographs, or submit images for commercial use without written permission.

7. Privacy & Public Posting

Images currently displayed on this website are from past and existing clients and are used only to demonstrate photography style and editing quality. No new client photos will be added to this website. Jessye’s Eye Photography respects the privacy of all clients and families, and photos of minors will never be publicly posted without prior discussion and permission from a parent or legal guardian.

8. Weather, Emergencies & Photographer Limitations

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions including heavy rain, wildfire smoke, storms, or extreme temperatures.

If the Photographer becomes unable to perform services due to illness, emergency, equipment failure, accident, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, liability shall be limited to a refund of payments received.

9. Liability

The Client agrees that the Photographer’s maximum liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for services rendered.

The Photographer shall not be held responsible for injuries, damages, lost items, or incidents occurring during photography sessions or at session locations.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking services with Jessye’s Eye Photography, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
